How to order?

1. Anyone who are interested in any of my items and wish to order from me, can either leave an enquiry in my tag box or email me at serena_gals@sailormoon.com
2. All items are Authentic/Original and Brand NEW.
3. All are pre-order. No instocks. Therefore need to wait.
4. Items are sealed in original packaging.
5. Dimension: Height & size of each item is approximate, not to extreme exact.
6. Colour of item might vary from different computer.
7. For meet up & mailing details, please refer to below.
8. Payment are to be made after comfirmation of orders within the next 2days, or else orders will be cancelled. NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER
9. No cancelling of orders once comfirmed, or else only half of the amount will be refund.

1. Collection is only available at any central areas: Bugis, Iluma, Cityhall, Suntec City or Dhoby Ghaut. For West areas: Clementi, Jurong east Mrt Station or Boon Lay.
(*PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Jurong East and Boon Lay MRT station, we only do meet up there once a week. If buyer wish to meet up at either these 2 places, please do contact us 3 days in advance before meetup day.)
2. We are ONLY available at:
*Central areas - Anyday from 6.30pm onwards, except Wednesday.
On weekdays any time before 5.30pm, collection strictly at Esplanade only!
*Clementi - Either WED or FRI between 6pm to 6.15pm only!
*Je/Boonlay - WED or THURS from 9pm onwards only!
3. Meet up at Seller's convenience only. (Please choose by post if unable to meet at seller's convenience.)
4. To avoid misunderstanding, please check item(s) before leaving.

-Registered mail for items bigger than A3 size: from $9 & above. Price vary from different size and weight.
5. Both Normal mail & Registered mail inclusive of postage fee + handing fee + bubble wrapping. (*bubble wrapping is only available to some items, not all.)
6. Item(s) will only be mailed out within the next 2 days when payment received.
7. *Please Take note that once item(s) is/are mailed out, it will only reach buyer within 3-4days.
*If there is some delay with post office, it might only reach buyer after 1 or 2 weeks.
*Post office is closed from Saturday afternoon onwards till Monday. Post office is closed on Sunday and Public holidays.
8. For shipping overseas, please email the items u're interested to Lain at serena_gals@sailormoon.com / Jil at jilson@gmail.com and we will check the shipping fees for ya.
9. For shipping overseas, please choose either service:
- DHL (fees is steep but faster, reach in 3-7days.) not available at the moment.
- Singapore post registered (fees is cheaper but slower, reach in 4-6weeks.)
^Both shipping above is trackable. If you prefer untrackable/normal shipping, please let me know. Registered/trackable fee will be removed.
Free normal mail is only available for local Singapore, not for overseas.
